Step-by-Step Process

Your journey with us begins with an in-depth consultation. We’ll discuss your goals, style preferences and site conditions as we walk around your space. We will then use this information to create a custom report with our initial design ideas and suggestions. Here’s what you can expect:

Phase 1: Landscape Consultation ($475)

On-Site Visit: Your assigned designer will tour your property, discuss your vision, and take photographs. Duration: 30-60 minutes.
Consultation Report: After the visit, you’ll receive 2-4 sketches, plant suggestions, and maintenance tips to establish the design direction.
Consultation Credit: The consultation fee is credited back at final billing if you proceed with the project. Consultation Credit Details

2-3 Hour Design ($290-$435)

3.5-4 Hour Design ($510-$580)

5-6 Hour Design ($725-$870)

6-7 Hour Design ($870 – $1015)

8+ hours ($1160+)

Residential Property Plan 2 ($1160 – $1450)

Residential Property Plan ($1160 – $1450)

Co-Op Planting Plan ($2,000+)

Large-Scale Concept Plan ($4,000 +)

Phase 2: Design Plans & Quotations (Pricing Varies)

After reviewing your feedback, the designer will create detailed design plans.
Pricing: Design time is billed at $145 per hour, and quotes are provided for materials and installation.

This phase includes:

Final plant layout
Masonry and hardscape designs (if needed)
Property plans for approvals (if required)
Detailed sketches for HOA or Co-op boards
